Make Your Compost

Another majorly important step in organic gardening is making your organic gardening compost. This is very easy, and you can use a variety of ingredients in your compost. This includes urine, grass cuttings, nettles, comfrey leaves, soft green prunings, tea bags and leaves, coffee grounds, and raw vegetable peelings from your kitchen.

So not only are you saving yourself money from having to purchase compost or fertilizer from a store, but as well you are doing a good thing for the environment because you are recycling.

Pest Control

Now for your organic gardening you are going to need to be concerned with pest control. This is necessary because otherwise the bugs and insects are going to be feeding off your plants and they are not going to be able to survive. You may also want to get some protective netting, which also serves as a form of pest control, as it will keep the insects off your plants.

These are just a few of the most basic tips that will come in handy when it comes to your organic gardening. If you want to have the most success with your organic gardening, it is important that you are willing to spend the time getting more educated and really understanding about this form of gardening and what it is all about.
