He is 100% correct! The weight falls off. Are bodies know what they need better than we do and if we could all just STOP for a moment and listen, I feel like we’d be so much better off.

Instead throwing the oranges away after juicing, zest the skin for additional flavor and eat the meat because it has a lot of fiber.

You can never be too thin to go on camera… unless of course we can’t see you!! lol. The first time I went raw, I dropped down to 103# (I’m 5’4″) and everyone told me I looked emaciated. However, I FELT AMAZING & ALIVE like never before. Eventually, you will start to put on healthy weight. Keep listening to your body and not the critics. =)

That’s true. I just read an article tonight that the key to longevity in mice studies is low caloric intake. Now they have figured a way to fool the body resulting in happier mice that are leaner and live longer.

15 days raw now! This lifestyle resonates with me.I went cold turkey! The most amazing thing is that after the first week, my cravings have totally disappeared! This has never happened to me! During the 2nd week, I was running more than I have in months. Now in 3rd week, I’m starting to detoxify. I’m sneezing my head off and blowing my nose every few minutesThe congestion is overwhelming!Going heavy on green juices-how long will this last and what can I do to make it better? Thanks & Blessings!

@llcyll Thank You !!The big reason why I used it is to get rid of the chlorine and fluoride that filtered tap water contains….I want to have as many natural pure things in the drinks that i concoct!!

  27. llcyll says:

Great video. I’ve read that it’s not so good to drink distilled water because the distillation process removes any minerals in the water. I use regular filtered water.

  28. potterpups says:

Thanks you, thank you, thank you! This is the video I have been looking for. I can’t spend $500 bucks on a Vitamix but that is what everyone uses in the videos. Thanks for taking the time to show me what I can do for a compromise.
