very cool. but doesn’t the plants need complete uv light spectrum ? I know that glass filters out the UVB Rays. I could imagine that the plants and ultimately the foods are lacking something.

I got it from “Growing Spaces” in Pagosa Springs, CO.

They are cool, but its an investment. My next will be much more funtional, like a giant cold frame with 3ft thick walls.

The dome rocks though, and it will rock even more once those trees fill out!

Anthony-I keep hearing that sprouts are extremely healthy-Do you grow Brocolli sprouts, Cabbage sprouts, Kale sprouts, etc, in your garden? And what about grasses? Do you grow Barley greens in your Dome/Garden? Thanks!

  15. Rawmodel says:

To answer your question…LOT OF WHOLE FOODS! Good saturated fats like coco oil and grass fed butter and egg yolks.

It takes time and hard work, but it will rebuild you.

Greens are everywhere! You can eat maple leaves and weeds! I will be growing more next year for sure though. Thanks so much for the good energy!
